Best Shop in Girona! I have visited Girona a number of times. Great place for Triathlon training. Didn't have great experience with local bike rental shops before. This time I used Eat Sleep Cycle. Totally Class AAA experience. I used there service to unpack and re-pack my TT and also rented a classic bike. The mechanics are super, I have been traveling for years and yet to see such professional packing. The bike rental service is best of class. Most important the staff is nice, professional and eager to help. I will be back! Don't think twice, The best in Girona! Dr. Uri Geiger

Tuve la oportunidad de salir con ellos el da de la inauguracin de la tienda. Menuda vuelta para llegar hasta Rocacorba. Mucho nivel. Muy amables y atentos.

I loved traveling with ESC and would book another trip with them - for sure! The emphasis was about having fun and achieving our goals as a group. The guides were safe, easy to get to know and encouraging throughout the rides. The support was amazing! We had plenty of food, snacks and drinks along the ride and Lee and his team were totally accommodating to riders of all levels. The hotels were great and meals excellent. Really - nothing negative to say except that they are not located in the USA so I cant use their company more frequently. I guess I have to get back to Europe! Thanks Lee and Team. What a trip!!
