I had a wonderful experience both renting a bike and going on the Thursday group ride with Dave at Bike Breaks. The staff is very helpful, and the community feeling on the group rides is awesome. We saw some very beautiful parts of Spain on the group ride with all kinds of varied terrain and gorgeous views. Truely an epic ride. From a novice cyclist point of view Bike Breaks have been great. The short shop ride is doable even from a very novice rider. All the riders are helpful. The guides are fab during and after the ride. You can get ideas about routes, where to eat, transport. The team are very helpful. The bikes were great, comfortable. I would recommend them and use this service again. Great experience.
My wife and I did a long trip in Spain in the summer of 2018. While I loved the idea of the trip, riding in Girona was the one thing I had to do. I rented a bike from Bike Breaks and when on their free shop ride. I have been on many shop rides and none of them have been so well organized. Someday I plan to return and pay for one of their tours. Awesome shop run by great people!
