I made the enquiry to Barcelona Golf Breaks at the same time as a number of other companies.In addition to the quick response, Ramon came back to me with a number of questions that the other companies didnt seem bothered about, our ages, our handicaps, what we wanted to do at night, what kind of experience we were looking for overall. He was concerned that we went to the best place rather than just selling a holiday. After quite a few emails and discussions he found us a perfect break staying at Bonmont, playing there and Lumine Lakes and Hills. Being an agent for ClubstoHire he was able to arrange delivery direct to the resort and had time to have a round with us passing on course planning tips (although my golf couldnt use them !) This saved us the cost of extra vehicles to carry them and made time in the airport so much less than it could have been.We had a few minor problems with the accommodation and although not under his control he took it on himself to rectify it with the people concerned and ensured that everything went smoothly for us. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the company who will definitely be my first contact when arranging next years trip.We were a group of average golfers ages 45 -80 handicaps 9-+28 looking for relaxed courses to play and a bit of a laugh along the way.Ramon at Barcelona Golf Breaks gave us the best break we have had in 9 years of using various companies or doing it myself and unlike other companies in the past made sure right through our trip that everything was going well.As we told him at the time he was collecting our clubs at the end of the trip (just after he had arranged an impromptu tapas for us), he is a "top man"
All that was promised, was excellent ,every time table was perfectly on time and the personal service from Ramon was 5 star This was the decision of every one in our group (8)
Sent an e-mail to Barcelona Golf Breaks and Yourgolftravel, received an e-mail with one option that could be found on the website without much effort from Yourgolftravel and received FIVE options in THREE different areas around Barcelona with a breakdown of all prices and options for further rounds/half board and clubs. Ramon was quick in his response and provided great detail on his recommendations, distances and history of the course etc.We are only a 2 ball so I am stunned with how much effort was put in, I really feel valued as a customer. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if I return to the area. Prices were also very competitive.
